Bouillette
This 1962 ranch style home, originally with its vintage finishes, underwent a comprehensive renovation. It was renovated during the late 1980s, leaving it with a collection of chopped-up rooms with standard doors and small windows. The project required new electrical systems, cladding, and roofing. The plan included a complete reconfiguration of the interior layout and the addition of a new master closet. The home also received new insulation, windows, and home wrap for improved efficiency and comfort.
This project involved a complete gut rehab and addition to the existing structure. We installed supporting beams in multiple rooms and re-worked the layout of each room. The design called for more modern finishes and details – we were focused on clean lines and organic materials flowing throughout. Upgrading the lighting control and floor-ceiling windows also enhanced the home’s functionality and aesthetic appeal.
We are incredibly proud of the finished result of this home transformation. Enjoy the final result of a great project!
We collaborated closely with the homeowners and Six Twenty One to meticulously execute every detail according to the project plan.
