This 2015 remodel focused on reconfiguring the kitchen and living room for a more open, modern flow. New wood floors were laid after leveling the subfloor, and custom walnut cabinets with grain-matched and book-matched detailing were installed. The kitchen also features a waterfall edge countertop and integrated full-height cabinetry for a built-in library.
